Gifts to Give:
All ages are getting together to work on tasty "gifts to
give". We'll make and box up chocolate dipped pretzels, drizzled
popcorn, gingersnaps, biscotti and brownie bites.
Friday, January 14th
Pasta Workshop: Make your pasta and then use the sheets to shape and
fill raviolis. Then we'll have a quick fettucine in a 15 minute sauce and
fettucine in a creamy alfredo sauce.

Party:
Join us for a cupcake marathon. Today we will make 3 fancy
cupcakes - Tres Leches Cupcakes, Triple Citrus Cupcakes, and
Boston Creme Pie Cupcakes.

Vegetable Fritatta and Individual Omelets with your choice of filling.

Workshop: By popular request we will create 3 all time favorites
- Red Velvet Layer Cake, Latticed Apple Pie and Individual Lemon
Meringue Pies.

Dinner Party Menu: Learn these recipes and then have a party.
In Part 1 we'll make French Onion Soup, Potato Gratinese, Veal
Francese and Chocolate Eclairs.

Party Menu: For Part 2 of our menu series we'll start
with Minestrone Soup, Polenta with Gorgonzola Cheese, Chicken
Parmigiano, and Tiramisu for dessert.
