COOKTIQUE also stocks a fine selection of choice ingredients for the discriminating gourmand! Only the finest and choicest of ingredients. Oils and vinegars head the list with Badia Coltibuono and twenty-five year old Balsamics leading off and many more following. Pastas imported from Italy by Martelli and Rustichella are our favorites; and, of course, we have the sauce to accompany the pasta (Patsy's, Rao's, Timpone's, Ceriello's and, my favorite, Elena's). For the sweet tooth among us, we have an assortment of gourmet preserves and jams second to none with Clearbrook being the first and foremost, followed by Stonewall Kitchen.

In time for outdoor grilling (which is now all year round), we are featuring D.L. Jardine's exquisite line of marinades, sauces, salsas and fixins: Ford's Bone Sucking Sauces; Rothchild's (Kosher) fruit based salsas and mustards, N.J.'s very own Hoboken Eddie's line of HOT, HOT, HOT barbeque sauces; Oak Hill's dressings and marinades; Earth and Vine's fruit based marinades; Stonewall Kitchen's grilling sauces; and Vong's outrageous rosemary and ginger sauce.

In addition to the above, COOKTIQUE has another 1,000 sq. ft. devote to some of the world's finest potters, ceramic artists, metalworkers and glassblowers. We seek out the new and exciting artists as well as the more traditional and recognized. Our shelves and displays feature works by Gail Pittman, Laurie Gates, Hertzog & Me, McTavish, Vietri, Wilton Armetale, Nambe and many more. Most are one of a kind; most are hand-done, hand-painted. There is truly something for everyone in our shop.
